       我在較早前寫了一篇文章,話加息潮即將開始,那些以創新高價買二手細價樓的人,將沒有機會享受低息,就好似食左一粒沒有糖衣的毒藥,其實,當我寫那篇文章時,思想上有多少爭扎,因為我知道,糖衣根本就是毒藥。

       很多人都知道,戒食碳水化合物,俗稱澱粉質的食物可以減體重,所以,很多人在晚餐時唔食飯,其實,碳水化合物是會轉化成為葡萄糖,給予人體所需要熱量,唔食碳水化合物,就沒有能量,但食得太多,身體未能消耗,便會變成糖份積聚在身體,晚上唔食飯亦有道理,我認為糖根本是毒藥,有些人用代糖,這與戒毒人仕用美沙酮沒有分別,而且,各種代糖都是化學合成物,有害無益,美沙酮比毒品禍害更大,不過,政府是唔會說出來,在我們日常生活中各種食物,已經帶有糖分,毋需刻意攝取,減重第一手則就是戒糖,我建議大家在2015年戒糖,以及代糖,飲咖啡等都唔好落糖,更加唔好飲汽水等,不需要增加任何運動,不需節食,在年底,可以輕鬆減2kg,唔相信我的人,今日出言起行,到年底,他們就會發覺,糖衣根本就是毒藥。不過,大家亦會發覺,這三個星期是很難捱,沒有糖的日子,身體是會抗議,人將會很暴躁,但只要三個星期,身體就會妥協,同時放出友善訊息,所有有關指數都會改善,血壓也會回復正常,大家從今日開始,一起戒糖。

我覺得現時食品的糖份已夠多了,幾年前開始在外飲咖啡、奶茶等已不加糖,更不會飲汽水。

確實小薯大概已有10年既時間,開始戒飯氣水及含糖飲品同凍飲,酒就更加吾喜歡,從來都吾飲,只喜歡飲茶,就連外出都會帶D茶係身,係咪好痴線;) 就好似D煙民要有煙仔係身一樣,小薯運動都吾算好積極,但體重咁多年都無乜點變。但好肯定,個D含糖飲品,真係糖衣毒藥黎!早戒早着!

Caution: Don’t read this without your sense of humor. 

Q: Doctor,  I’ve heard that  cardiovascular exercise can prolong life. Is this true? 
A: Your  heart is only good for so many  beats, and that’s it…  don’t waste them on exercise. Everything wears out  eventually.  Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer; that’s like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster. Want to live longer?  Take a  nap.

Q: Should  I cut  down on meat and  eat more fruits and  vegetables?
A: You  must grasp  logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay and corn. And what are these? Vegetables.  So a steak  is nothing more  than an efficient mechanism of  delivering vegetables to your system. Need grain? Eat chicken. Beef is also a good source  of field grass (green leafy vegetable). And a pork chop can  give you  100% of your recommended daily allowance of  vegetable  products.

Q: Should  I reduce my  alcohol intake?
A: No,  not at all.  Wine is made from fruit.  Brandy is  distilled wine, that means they take the water out of  the fruity bit so you  get even more of the goodness that way. Beer is also made out  of grain. Bottoms up!

Q: How  can I calculate my body/fat ratio?
A: Well,  if you have a body and you have fat, your ratio is one  to one. If you have two bodies, your  ratio is two to  one, etc.

Q: What  are some of  the advantages of participating in a regular exercise program?
A: Can’t  think of a single one, sorry. My philosophy is: No Pain…Good!

Q:  Aren’t  fried  foods bad for you?

A:  YOU’RE NOT LISTENING!!! …..  Foods are fried these days in  vegetable oil. In fact, they’re permeated in it.  How could  getting more  vegetables be bad for  you?

Q
:  Will sit-ups help prevent me from getting a little soft  around  the middle? 
A: Definitely not! When  you exercise a muscle, it gets bigger. You should only be doing sit-ups if you want a bigger stomach.

Q:  Is chocolate bad for me?
A:  Are you crazy? HELLO Cocoa  beans ! Another vegetable!!! It’s the best feel-good   food around!

Q:  Is swimming good for your figure?
A:  If swimming is good for your figure, explain whales to me.

Well, I hope this has cleared up any misconceptions you may have had about food and diets.

And  remember:
‘Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving  safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather  to skid in sideways – Chardonnay in one  hand – chocolate in  the other – body thoroughly used up,  totally worn out and screaming ‘WOO  HOO, What a  Ride’

AND…..

For  those of you who watch what you eat, here’s the final  word on nutrition and health.
It’s a relief to know the  truth after all those conflicting nutritional  studies.

1. The Japanese eat  very little fat
and suffer fewer heart attacks than  Americans.

2. The Mexicans  eat a lot of  fat
and suffer fewer heart attacks than  Americans.

3. The Chinese  drink very little  red wine
and  suffer fewer heart attacks than  Americans.

4. The  Italians drink a lot of red  wine
and suffer fewer heart attacks than  Americans.

5. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of  sausages and fats
and suffer fewer heart attacks than   Americans.

CONCLUSION

Eat and drink what you like.
Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

有冇例外㗎?以我的身高,標準体重應該係125LBS。過往一直注重健康,多菜少肉,少鹽少糖,從來少飲有糖的飲品。過往体重一直在105-108LBS。今年開始,飲咖啡不加糖。但年頭至今,体重增加十幾磅喎。

肥胖與三高都具有很高的遺傳性,身體的多種酶負責分解各種食物成分以便吸收,酶的多寡及其活性的強弱影響分解能力。另外,每一個人的吸收效能有差異。因此,有些人食極都吾肥。

回魚蛋師姐。
糖,絕對係致肥元凶,只要係人類就冇例外。你可以食極吾肥,但係肥左就一定關糖事。因為碳水化合物係最容易消化,而且提供最多能量的。蛋白質和脂肪雖然能量都很高,但是消化佢地需要既能量分分鐘多過佢可以提供既。所以先有食用減肥法既出現。
至於你既情況吾會因為食少左糖而肥左。反而有好多可能。例如,年紀大了,新陳代謝慢了。亦有可能因為早上飲杯咖啡少左糖,身體餓了,身體就更噬糖,下午或晚上吃更多碳水化合物亦有可能。

我連米飯都少食, 每餐多菜少肉, 每日行步行机45分鐘, 體重減了不少! 人都精神 d!

食肉减肥,恐怕非常傷身,個人睇法,最佳减肥方法因人而異,最好自己摸索一下,至于湯先生呢個戒糖減肥法,我覺得都係要加多少針對個人體質嘅相應做法,效果先會更顯著而持久。
叫我唔食糖,咁就要猛食魚生抗抑鬱至得,呵呵。

打工仔兄幾點起身?天熱早起做完漫步機仲可以十點前出門口,天氣轉冷起身有時成八點,搞得來十點幾先出到門囗,所以已經冇做幾個禮拜了,今天起得走可以一做

據家母講戒糖最利牙齒,佢七十歲一只爛牙都冇,當然從未肥過,但應該關遺傳多D
