备战李宗伟(2)糖衣毒药

       我在较早前写了一篇文章,话加息潮即将开始,那些以创新高价买二手细价楼的人,将没有机会享受低息,就好似食左一粒没有糖衣的毒药,其实,当我写那篇文章时,思想上有多少争扎,因为我知道,糖衣根本就是毒药。

       很多人都知道,戒食碳水化合物,俗称淀粉质的食物可以减体重,所以,很多人在晚餐时唔食饭,其实,碳水化合物是会转化成为葡萄糖,给予人体所需要热量,唔食碳水化合物,就没有能量,但食得太多,身体未能消耗,便会变成糖份积聚在身体,晚上唔食饭亦有道理,我认为糖根本是毒药,有些人用代糖,这与戒毒人仕用美沙酮没有分别,而且,各种代糖都是化学合成物,有害无益,美沙酮比毒品祸害更大,不过,政府是唔会说出来,在我们日常生活中各种食物,已经带有糖分,毋需刻意摄取,减重第一手则就是戒糖,我建议大家在2015年戒糖,以及代糖,饮咖啡等都唔好落糖,更加唔好饮汽水等,不需要增加任何运动,不需节食,在年底,可以轻松减2kg,唔相信我的人,今日出言起行,到年底,他们就会发觉,糖衣根本就是毒药。不过,大家亦会发觉,这三个星期是很难捱,没有糖的日子,身体是会抗议,人将会很暴躁,但只要三个星期,身体就会妥协,同时放出友善讯息,所有有关指数都会改善,血压也会回复正常,大家从今日开始,一起戒糖。

我觉得现时食品的糖份已够多了,几年前开始在外饮咖啡、奶茶等已不加糖,更不会饮汽水。

确实小薯大概已有10年既时间,开始戒饭气水及含糖饮品同冻饮,酒就更加吾喜欢,从来都吾饮,只喜欢饮茶,就连外出都会带D茶系身,系咪好痴线;) 就好似D烟民要有烟仔系身一样,小薯运动都吾算好积极,但体重咁多年都无乜点变。但好肯定,个D含糖饮品,真系糖衣毒药黎!早戒早着!

Caution: Don’t read this without your sense of humor. 

Q: Doctor,  I’ve heard that  cardiovascular exercise can prolong life. Is this true? 
A: Your  heart is only good for so many  beats, and that’s it…  don’t waste them on exercise. Everything wears out  eventually.  Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer; that’s like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster. Want to live longer?  Take a  nap.

Q: Should  I cut  down on meat and  eat more fruits and  vegetables?
A: You  must grasp  logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay and corn. And what are these? Vegetables.  So a steak  is nothing more  than an efficient mechanism of  delivering vegetables to your system. Need grain? Eat chicken. Beef is also a good source  of field grass (green leafy vegetable). And a pork chop can  give you  100% of your recommended daily allowance of  vegetable  products.

Q: Should  I reduce my  alcohol intake?
A: No,  not at all.  Wine is made from fruit.  Brandy is  distilled wine, that means they take the water out of  the fruity bit so you  get even more of the goodness that way. Beer is also made out  of grain. Bottoms up!

Q: How  can I calculate my body/fat ratio?
A: Well,  if you have a body and you have fat, your ratio is one  to one. If you have two bodies, your  ratio is two to  one, etc.

Q: What  are some of  the advantages of participating in a regular exercise program?
A: Can’t  think of a single one, sorry. My philosophy is: No Pain…Good!

Q:  Aren’t  fried  foods bad for you?

A:  YOU’RE NOT LISTENING!!! …..  Foods are fried these days in  vegetable oil. In fact, they’re permeated in it.  How could  getting more  vegetables be bad for  you?

Q
:  Will sit-ups help prevent me from getting a little soft  around  the middle? 
A: Definitely not! When  you exercise a muscle, it gets bigger. You should only be doing sit-ups if you want a bigger stomach.

Q:  Is chocolate bad for me?
A:  Are you crazy? HELLO Cocoa  beans ! Another vegetable!!! It’s the best feel-good   food around!

Q:  Is swimming good for your figure?
A:  If swimming is good for your figure, explain whales to me.

Well, I hope this has cleared up any misconceptions you may have had about food and diets.

And  remember:
‘Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving  safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather  to skid in sideways – Chardonnay in one  hand – chocolate in  the other – body thoroughly used up,  totally worn out and screaming ‘WOO  HOO, What a  Ride’

AND…..

For  those of you who watch what you eat, here’s the final  word on nutrition and health.
It’s a relief to know the  truth after all those conflicting nutritional  studies.

1. The Japanese eat  very little fat
and suffer fewer heart attacks than  Americans.

2. The Mexicans  eat a lot of  fat
and suffer fewer heart attacks than  Americans.

3. The Chinese  drink very little  red wine
and  suffer fewer heart attacks than  Americans.

4. The  Italians drink a lot of red  wine
and suffer fewer heart attacks than  Americans.

5. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of  sausages and fats
and suffer fewer heart attacks than   Americans.

CONCLUSION

Eat and drink what you like.
Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

有冇例外㗎?以我的身高,标准体重应该系125LBS。过往一直注重健康,多菜少肉,少盐少糖,从来少饮有糖的饮品。过往体重一直在105-108LBS。今年开始,饮咖啡不加糖。但年头至今,体重增加十几磅喎。

肥胖与三高都具有很高的遗传性,身体的多种酶负责分解各种食物成分以便吸收,酶的多寡及其活性的强弱影响分解能力。另外,每一个人的吸收效能有差异。因此,有些人食极都吾肥。

回鱼蛋师姐。
糖,绝对系致肥元凶,只要系人类就冇例外。你可以食极吾肥,但系肥左就一定关糖事。因为碳水化合物系最容易消化,而且提供最多能量的。蛋白质和脂肪虽然能量都很高,但是消化佢地需要既能量分分钟多过佢可以提供既。所以先有食用减肥法既出现。
至於你既情况吾会因为食少左糖而肥左。反而有好多可能。例如,年纪大了,新陈代谢慢了。亦有可能因为早上饮杯咖啡少左糖,身体饿了,身体就更噬糖,下午或晚上吃更多碳水化合物亦有可能。

食肉减肥,恐怕非常伤身,个人睇法,最佳减肥方法因人而异,最好自己摸索一下,至于汤先生呢个戒糖减肥法,我觉得都系要加多少针对个人体质嘅相应做法,效果先会更显著而持久。
叫我唔食糖,咁就要猛食鱼生抗抑郁至得,呵呵。

打工仔兄几点起身?天热早起做完漫步机仲可以十点前出门口,天气转冷起身有时成八点,搞得来十点几先出到门囗,所以已经冇做几个礼拜了,今天起得走可以一做

据家母讲戒糖最利牙齿,佢七十岁一只烂牙都冇,当然从未肥过,但应该关遗传多D
